Should you not wish to take one of the above conference packages and choose to just use the venue, the venue hire prices are below:
Conference Room: Rates on Request
Any other venue fee can be negotiated depending on the hotel occupancy.
Formal Sit down Dinner or Luncheon:Rates on Request
Formal Gala Event with a Dance Floor: Rates on Request

Full English breakfast
Cold Items: Yoghurt, Muffins, Pastries, Cheese Platter, Cold Meat Platter, selection of Cereals, Fresh Fruit Platter.
Hot Items: Scrambled eggs, Toast, Tomato, Mushrooms, Bacon
Beverage: Tea, Coffee and assorted fresh fruit juice.
Conference Lunch & Dinner Menu
This will depend on the size of the group.
25 Delegates and less: Set menu will be offered. Lunch is a 2 course and dinner is a 3 course meal
21 Delegates and more: Buffet menu is to be selected off the menu selector provided.
Conference Kosher and Halaal Meals
A surcharge on Kosher & Halaal Meals will be charged at a 25% handling fee. This is a service we offer.
